Since 2021, GEEG has provided implementation assistance to PSE&G for their internally managed commercial and industrial programs; the $350 million Engineered Solutions program and $80 million Small Business Direct Install - Urban Enterprise Zone (SBDI - UEZ) program.
GEEG has assisted PSEG with the ramp up of these programs as part of PSE&G’s Clean Energy Future (CEF) portfolio that launched in 2021. Since program launch GEEG has helped grow the programs to some of the largest of their kind in the country with over $50 million a year in spending.
GEEG assisted with the improvement of internal monthly and annual forecasting processes as well as with incentive design, cost-effectiveness analysis, and vendor management processes.. GEEG helped with the design and roll out of a complex workflow, project cost and saving, and invoice tracking database. GEEG then designed and tested multiple reports and dashboards for internal and regulatory reporting.
